No judge shall post at or engage in debate on the AALJ website by any form of words that, directly or indirectly, imputes to another judge or to other judges any conduct or motive unworthy or unbecoming a judge. No judge shall post content not authorized by the author, make libelous statements, or take any action on the AALJ Member Forum that infringes or violates someone else's rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, or otherwise violates the law.
The AALJ owns the Member Forum web site and has an absolute right to control what is posted on it The AALJ retains the right to immediately remove any offensive, slanderous or unlawful content.
If the content is not immediately removed by the web master, any violation shall be reported to the AALJ Secretary, who shall bring the matter to the NEB. After a vote, the NEB may order removal of any content.
